Before Easter holidays, the students of 3rd ESO prepared some expositions in their English classes about some English celebrations. In our group, we did a theatre play related to Saint Patrick’s Day.

The play was about three poor girls who have nothing to eat and decide to steal the gold of a leprechaun so they can buy food.

We did a lot of rehearsals until we finally finished the whole play. Then, we exposed it to our class and after that, the teacher told us to perform it in front of some primary students.

They liked it so much that other teachers suggested us to do it again in other courses and we accepted their idea.

We’ve enjoyed the experience because it was something we had never done before in English. However, we think we should have had more time to prepare it. If that was possible, we could have prepared more material for the performance.
